Gaëlle Solal, born into a music-loving family, discovered classical guitar at five and began formal studies at the Marseille Conservatoire a year later. By sixteen, she was attending the Paris Conservatoire, fulfilling her childhood dream of becoming a dancer and musician. She graduated three years later with honors and pursued further studies at the Hochschule für Musik in Cologne while competing internationally.
